avatar looks fine you can edit your signature in the usercp theres a preview button there too so you can check it works fine first

I know, and when I preview it I see the picture as normal, but when I post I dont. Do I need to [SIGPIC]or is it enough of me to upload it directly?

you should be able to upload it directly onto the forums or use the built in image hosting on the site
