New forum skin available

Added a new skin called Insignia to the forum.

You can select the skin by going to usercp > options

its the very last option on the page make sure you check it out and lemmie know what you think.

Dont like the colours, and text doesnt seem to format properly.

i dont like it either but theres not exactly a whole lot of skins available yet for vb 3.5 its only just been released

nope no choice because theres only a single skin installed atm

there will however be at least 2 more skins installed very shortly :)

d'oh, I don't want to sound like an old fart, but both sucks for me.
I got used to plain black-on-white.

just dont have that style for this vb version yet will keep looking for another white/black based one
