Another new forum skin available & shoutbox

OK so i know some of you complained about the skins well theres yet ANOTHER new skin available for you bo20 can be selected by using the skin chooser in the bottom left or via your admin cp

Also as some of you may or may not know we now have a little shoutbox thingie.

wasnt sure if it was worth it because of the nature of forums anyway but its there for now see if it gets used but doesnt detract away from the main forum content.

shouts arent perm records though theyre cleared from 24h time and its pretty fast moving alot more like a chat
