Man this one is a real good piece of software, I use to use an extension to view my cache to grab files from it like FLV files from youtube. But that was slow and laggy and was hard to find the right files, this little program runs outside of firefox, you just unzip it and run it and it displays the contents like you can with IE's cache. Then to grab stuff out of it, if its an FLV file, just right click it and select open link in browser, it should come up with the download box and then you can save the file to your desktop or something.
Or just copy selected file to another location then you can drag it to gomplayer or another FLV player etc, might need to rename the file though.
/edit also I'll add sometimes you have to close firefox for the files to show, due to them being in use, also its better to just dump the whole thing into another folder If you can't find them. CTRL + A right click copy selected to..
I've been looking for a decent firefox cache viewer because I refuse to use IE just so I can grab some videos from youtube.
