New Windows. Jerky scrolling.

I just installed a different kind of Windows XP and now when I scroll down a folder or web page it's really jerky. This has happened to me before but I forgot how I fixed it. Can you fix it for me please?

update your graphics drivers, problem will be fixed. yup, there will only be the default shitty windows drivers installed when you reformat so go to ati or nvidia website and get dling
