Which one should I choose? The last time I installed Linux I used some journal file system and it gave me errors about it being a read-only one. I'm installing Mandrake 10 Community Edition and it has "In addition to being able to resize NTFS partitions, the installation procedure provides many unique features such as offering various file systems (including journalized file systems EXT3, ReiserFS, XFS, and encrypted file systems), setting up RAID disks, and resizing MS-Windows FAT32 partitions." those file systems... I have no fucking clue which one to use, so... I'll kiss your feet if you advise me.
Journalised EXT3, Mandrake should install it read/write.

I tried that one twice now, and it made in only read twice, so I used the Linux file system and it's working great, I just need to find support for my wireless network card... =\
weird that, when Linux boots up, it should set the file system to read/write O_o must be a bug in Mandrake :p
as for your wireless card, dont hold your breath, took me 23 weeks to get my ADSL card working, and its a generic common chipset :p

Yeah I'm probobly going to end up bitching and whining until my modem gets moved to my room so I can use my (already recognized) ethernet card.
