Forums Hacks coming (possiably tonight)

I just found a FUCK LOAD of usefull hacks for these forums which i think we can benefit from so i be adding as many as i can tonight if your browsing around tonight and the forum seems all fucked when you do ignore it and trust ill fix it at some time in the future as its possiably me screwing it up :oops:

ive started the changes i did some minor tweaks last night

mainly performance issues changing the gzip header output etc and the compillation calcs for the template files im going to be doing some more extreme hacks shortly which should in theory REALLY speed the fucking thing up like quite alot.

ive also added a "tell a friend" link to the top of the index page if you look in the top right theres the link click it to tell friends about our forums :)
