Discounts for people who already play?

Are there still those discounts for people who already have accounts (When buying DoY)? I'm coming back for DoY for sure, Neocron may suck, and they may have crappy staff, but it's the only MMORPG with good PvP.

And if those discounts are existant, and I did buy Neocron, is pre-DoY worth paying for? Like good new patches and shit?

Ummm .. what is it, you can upgrade upto 4 accounts with the same copy ... so if you accounts banned then theres not gonna be any discount cos you need the whole thing
