Any SP tips?

Hoping Uriel can comment (if he ever visits here again...) I Wanted to know the ideal spell cycles and talent build for a Shadow Priest.

I have heard talk that its MB, MF, MF, MB - but where do you add in VE/VT?

Also, what's the ideal SP spec, 14/0/47? If so, what layout, THIS ONE? (http://www.wowdb.com/talent.aspx?id=5#ef2e2f2e2f34efde2fdefedfe3fe2de2) I suppose the reduced threat talent is pretty useless/pointless when levelling or/ even in 5 man dungeon?

I heard the 'face melter' addon (http://www.curse.com/downloads/details/11637/) is pretty good for assisting sp spell rotations.

MB is kinda usefull, but i think remembering something about not using that when +dmg is below 850 or something...dont remember all that well. Oh and do not do SW:D during evocation of Curator or during blue beam at NS...

My Spriest respecced holy yesterday for some SCC raidhealing...discovered healbot and had a blast, healing was so much fun i almost got spouted...
