Reduces targets threat by 2% per second for 10 secs, and also reduces their spell damage/healing by 10% during that time.

Yeah, because Arena is a real test of a persons skill...

Come on, i've known people who suck hard when fighting other people in the open-world part of the game that can easily get the rating for "E-Z epics".

Arena ruined PvP in my eyes. More real world PvP - a few PvP zones would freshen things up.
