what antivirus/firewall are you using?

I was wondering what kind of firewall/antivirus you were all using... I heard about many programs that they aren't as good as they claim... such as kaspersky and bitdefender. Others say exactly the opposite that they are the best...

What do you think is the best Anti-virus/Firewall program ?

Windows Firewall because I got bored of it telling me I was "insecure", and I don't use an antivirus until I can be arsed to set up the Uni's copy of Sophos again.

NOD32 antivirus is the normal antivirus app I use but I'm currently using AVG since my licence for updates just expired and NOD32 really is the best.

For firewall I just use zonealarm.

I run Vista, but yeah I could have done that. The firewall serves no purpose anyway as I'm always behind a router with NAT, other than stopping outgoing connections (which tends to just be games I've not unblocked).

I use the firewall on my router, that's all, no antivirus. Maybe I should, but I've never ever once downloaded anything that contains a virus or whatever. I sometimes use ad-aware or spybot to clean up spyware, but that's all.

i use NORTON and AVG. they are both good and really essential for every net user..i trust the 2 anti-virus the most because i have been using them for years..im sure there are other anti-virus that are also good.
