Pros:

-I have had almost 10 years experience moderating dozens of community forums related to gaming, general topics, internet radio, porn and business.

-Some of these forums have been for localised communities in Canada, Finland, the US and Australia.

-I have never once been removed or 'fired' from a moderator or admin post.

-You kill two birds with one stone. Giving me a position of authority means I must then abide to the rules I'll have to enforce.

-I'm awesome

Cons:

-I'm perhaps slightly too awesome of a moderator.

besides I think I've picked the 2 mods I just haven't had time to tell them or setup them up in the forums yet.

Also must right rules for them to enforce won't be strict moderation more just to keep threads on topics and keep our retard quota (pete,lilt,crazy) in their own place :)

Quite obvious why you can't be a mod on this forum, for the same reason I can't be a mod either ... Because we're both biassed and can no longer be objective on a forum we actively participated on for 3-4 years now ...

I'm sure Pixel and Carpeia will do a good job :)

Hinch is working on the rules, and the shoutbox along with other various modules are disabled at the moment due to issues with the forum software.

Just as long as the moderators know that when I insult someone, I'm not doing it to be mean, I'm trying to help them better themselves. So my posts don't need to be edited.

Who would want to moderate this place? More to the point, who ever gets banned apart from perhaps spambots? There are so few users that even banning the likes of Lil T is counter-productive as he's responsible for half the bloody posts here. Plus there are virtually no rules; as far as I can see, the only no-no is posting obscene material like porn in this section.

Speaking of porn, I think it's time for another of my infamous Working Hours bonanza threads!
