glad to be of service to u, the amount of shit that goes off day to day at work that i just don't care about is unreal... all i wanna do is get here, do work, and go home, instead i have to be friendly to people, deal with shit that simply doesn't interest me like whines about training or people complaining about breaks or lunches or godknowswhatelse
but you being on support simply means you'll also haveto deal with issues like those, simply because their not your main interest doesn't mean you can disregard them in the long run...
i am not on 'support', im third line support in a team of my own liaising between the developers and 2nd line, because our development team are event more antisocial than me
