What could happen if someone you knew, somewhere, somehow, lifted something you did not expect?

I use to do 1 mile and half in 8 minutes as a test but normally its 1 mile and half in 10 minutes so in 35 minutes I done 6 miles.
Which is really fuck all we would do alot more than that on one massive 1 half hour PT session.

Vamp is right. I took 5 steps today. One to work, one to the dentist afterwards, one to get the groceries, one to meet a friend downtown and the last one home. All in all only 6 miles. As LiL T said, that's not much. Most people walk more in a normal day, apparently.

Maybe half a mile outside of the house. I cycled about 4. I made up for the lack of walking with a healthy dosage of overhead squats and clean and presses ^^
Giga its about 1.5 miles to the town centre where I live and I can walk it at a steady pace in about 15 minutes I'm not a slow walker though. so there and back is about 30 minutes maybe a bit more but that's 3 miles I walk at about 6 miles per hour its no hassle I've done it many times saves money. I'm not as fit as I use to be either so wtf you think 6 miles is a big deal? I'd run about 10 just to be fit in a day and then I'd walk about 6 in a normal day which I think is what NB is getting at.
Wikipedia says that walking pace is about 2-3mph, so 6 miles would take between 2-3 hours. But NB probably has a big stride length so the time would be less.

Yeah its been splendid thanks, I bought some beef joints lol I'm gonna learn to cook shit, I'm starting with the basics like. I'll make my self sunday dinner but I forgot to buy the Yorkshire puddings ffs oh well. But No more microrwave shite for me, proper food yes whole veg and raw meat to cook.
