After seeing her reckless insults against Clare I am both shocked and appalled at this crime against justice.
We need a new mod who enforces the rules properly. I'm sure Pixel is a nice lady irl but on the net she's
- Emotionally sensitive.
- Gets her personal life way too involved.
- Insults and argues members if they aggravate her, therefore fanning the flames (and breaking probably the number one rule of decent moderation).
- Lets her emotions get in the way of fair judgement when she gets angry at someone (aka pete).
- Continually breaks rules she is supposed to enforce.
Pixel has brought good discussion to this forum over the last few weeks (most of her 100 posts a day are crap but some of them create good discussion). But imo she is far, faaaar from being moderator worthy.
So I say, strip her of mod status, find a more suitable, sensible moderator. Pixel can obviously hang around as a normal member and post another 3,000 posts over december. This means she can participate in the community and avoid the standard abuse any mod of any community would receive.
Win win situation for all, so plz vote now.

I'm being serious here, to avoid further conflict and enforce the rules better, we need a moderator which is better suited for the role and who isn't so involved in the FA community.
We're all such different and strong persona's to be an effective, unbiased mod so we need someone who is out of the general loop but who Hinch can respect and trust.

Right yeah you are correct 3 days a week, though its best to run the first day outside on soft ground and then press ups pull ups crunches the second day then third day run again outside. Repeat the cycle and your really looking fit in 4 weeks, got to push your self though if no is there to push you...
So its not all gym work, running is very good to losing weight and just being fit in general, soft ground though as not to cause damage to the legs. Off road I mean in the woods using hills to burn yourself out, leaning forward into the hill and taking shorter steps and opening up going down hill.

The simple rule to not getting fat is: you get fat when you're getting more energy than you spend. That means don't eat too many processed foods, when you're moving around and your destination isn't far you should walk or ride a bike, not sit on the couch all day, if you've got an office/home job like me that doesn't involve physical effort go for a run or do sports (I don't mean fucking bowling) once in a while. I think it's hard to get fat unless you've got a genetic disorder or some other illness. :)

Light activity has very little effect on your metabolism, you'll only use up the calories that you require to perform the activity. Higher intensity training will boost your metabolism and make you burn calories all day and night, it's a much bigger overall effect. This is a much more efficient option for the average person who just wants to lose excess weight.

Not all Belgians do hate the French part you know. It's not that we are at war or something (wouldn't even be possible since we got like what, 4 jets, 5 soldiers and 1 ship ... ???).
And it takes alot more to provoke me these days :)
