This is actually a very cool game!

If they was some way to update the whole engine greatly, this game would blow so many other games out of the water, imo.

I don't play it anymore, but I miss it.

What I didn't like was the linear landscape lvl'ing of the Shadowlands, though.

AO was nice, but at lvl 140 Engi i had enough, i would have had to have spent the next 60 lvl's with the same bot, and it would have taken me like 100 missions to get to next lvl or somethin like that :(

Indeed. I must admit, I still miss the point of Anarchy Online. So you spend months leveling up to 200 (or 250 I think it is now), and whilst doing so you camp the same cave-like places for weeks hoping that the ubar-monstar you can only beat with 20 people will drop something you can use. Then, you can go PvP with people about +/- 20 ranks of yours and fight over useless towers. The fights of course are so laggy that FPS become SPF. At least it was like that back then when I played it ... and roleplayers are even more sparse than in NC. :sleep:
