Would anyone please explain to me why the fuck mods on the NC forums can't just edit out the post that's causing trouble, instead of both editing the post causing trouble and then closing the thread.
SjanTen posted a bit about the NC cheats in a thread about Aimbots in UT2004, and Niddy closed the thread before you could say 'Tittybiscuit'.
Why the bloody flying fuck couldn't the post be edited, when EVERYONE else was being on topic. What kind of narrowminded modding is that??
I was actually starting to think that some of the mods there was doing an ok job (yeah, flame me if ya want. :D), but when something like this happens, I can't help but feeling that someone should do a heavy re-evaluation of what's appropriate and what's just stupid. Yes, stupid.

He just illustrated that the community cannot be trusted to discuss exploits without getting into trouble - if it wasn't him it would have been someone else.
so potentially, if someone opens a thread, someone else has the potential to flame the fuck outta him for it, so why not close the thread before someone has an opportunity to flame?
