I kitted my fishy-fishy (Mon Calamari, yes) out as an armorsmith/chef/rifleman (just starting), and Lexx, you wanted cookies? I can make you 'Travel Biscuits', not only do they taste fantastic, but they help you negotiate the terrain much better also. :)

Yeh, I got a char on Farstar and on Chim. He's not gotten very far yet, but he'll get there. I have fun crafting and being generally fishy.

When you say Chef 0403, you must mean that you're a novice chef already right, not that you're artisan 0403, cause the 2nd column in Artisan is Chef, but if you mean Chef 0403 for real, then I take my hat off to you, cause that's some fast crafting. :P

I tried having my Mon Calamari be a pikeman, but he consistantly did only 14 dmg to a very low-HAM mob with his wooden staff which is 42-88 dmg, so he should deffo do more than 14 all the time, right, or are Calamari just notoriously bad pikemen or something? :) Maybe I should just go back to rifle.

Sadly, my friends started on Farstar and got quite far in the few days before I got the game also. Would have been cool if both you guys and the people I know were on the same server.

pike man is bugged to fuck at low lvls but at master is quite cool

if you do go pikeman and need a good staff i can make some cool 200+ max damage pikes.

That sounds fantastic. I gather that you'd have to be novice pikeman at least to use the staff you mentioned? :)

I don't know how I'm supposed to kill anything when I only do 14 damage to it every 5 seconds. Haha.

lol i can make you a good wood staff taht'll have max in the 80's range and also i can slice it since pretty much every weaponslice i make comes out as a speed slice and wood staffs are so cheap to make i can make a few and keep slicing till we get a low lvl one

and yes you need to be novice pikeman for the other one

but by time you get there ill be able to make por dot ones :)

I have done pikeman, it was the worst profession i have ever done (combat wise). Speed is shit, and accuracy pathetic (although theres food buffs that can help u with that). Until u reach master. Then its shit hot. Especially with the newer dungeons having basically fuck all electricity resist. Even for pvp now pikeman is pretty good since u seem to find more DoT Pikes than u do anything else.
