Just purchased it today. A 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix. I so love it, it's still nice and sporty while still being professional(it's how I roll). Here are the pictures I took tonight while I drove friends around to show my new car off!!! They aren't great, I took them kinda fast and my place does not have good enough lighting to take some now, I'll take new ones tomorrow when it's sunny, if it's sunny, and with a better camera. Also, maybe if I can find someone else to take them, I'll take nude poses on the hood of the car.
Also, yes, I know it's an American car, and no I don't care that you hate Americans.

Grats Pete, looks like a nice car. Never seen one for real, but glimpsed through some photos before.
What kind of engine you got in it? and how much for a car like that for you, now in these financial times..

I test drove it last night, liked it and talked with the salesmen about it. The sticker price was $19,999. Was able to talk him down to $16,700, it was about 10pm at this point, so I said I would come back this morning at 10, I decided not to, avoided his calls all today, around 4 today he called again and I decided to pick up. I told him I was sorry but that's too much(I'm only going to have the car two years max), he said he can get it lower, so I stopped by, was able to get him to get him to drop it to $13,500. So I took it, glad I did, I love it.
I have to go back tomorrow night to get a few things taken care of, and they're going to add front plates(only got back right now), it's going to make the front look ugly, but it's required by law:frown:
I'll take better pics and angels of it tomorrow, even if no one here wants to see it, I LOVE IT!!!
Seems like a pretty decent deal then. :) Its fuckin cheap, compared to norwegian prices. For a car like that, im sure id have to pauy $60-80k for it.. :(

I've never had bad experience(my dad owns a pontiac aztec, I so hate how they look, but it runs well) with Pontiac, nor known anyone else who has. Besides, it got heated leather seats, if that can't attract horny cold girls during the winter, what will?

I am indifferent. I wouldn't buy one but i don't mind them. My buddy has a black one, he likes it. I would personally buy an infinity g35 for the price range, but when it comes to dollars and cents the grand prix will be cheaper to insure and fix.

First off, I never said I agreed to $16,700, only an idiot(DO IT) would agree to a price before they're actually signing the papers. As Mkvenner said, they got the car a lot less than 13,500, I would not be surprised if they got the car at an auction because it was repo'd from the previous owners, if that's the case, they could of got it for a few grand. When I got it down to 13,500(I knew that was as low as they would go, not like I'm the only one who would buy it) everyone kept telling me that I was screwing them, they kept saying that "you're getting this for such a great price, we're losing money on it", yea, ok, business 101, how do you keep a business going? Make money... The salesman will make a commission off this, and not only that, selling me this car will put him one car sale closer to his monthly quota, meaning that me buying this, might mean a 5-10k bonus at the end of this month for him.

Not bad. Better looking console/dash than most american cars. I don't like how the back looks though. Just my opinion.
